Your privacy, in plain language
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Faolán Digital Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and our apps (together, the "Services"). Faolán Digital Limited is the data controller for the Services. This website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers.
1. Information we collect
Unless a specific app says otherwise in its own App Store privacy details, our apps do not require an account and do not collect personal information. We may receive:
- Information you send us, such as your name, email address and the content of your message when you contact support.
- Anonymous diagnostics, such as crash reports and basic usage statistics, only if you have chosen to share them with app developers through your device settings (provided to us by Apple in aggregated form).
2. How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you contact us, and through Apple's App Store Connect tools for anonymous diagnostics you have agreed to share.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your questions and provide support
- To fix bugs and improve our apps
- To meet our legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Third parties
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services (for example Apple for app distribution, and our email and hosting providers). Any third party with access to user data is required to provide the same or equal protection of that data as described in this policy. If an app uses an additional third-party service (such as analytics), that app's App Store privacy details will say so.
5. Data retention and deletion
We keep support emails only as long as needed to resolve your request, and no longer than 24 months. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw any consent you have given, by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Your rights
Under data protection law, including the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. In Ireland this is the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
7. Children
Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
